Membership Validity
- Membership is valid until all benefits have been fully utilised.
- Membership validity begins from the date of purchase.
- Membership may be shared with registered family members, with up to 6 members permitted depending on the membership tier.
- All membership-related communication and notifications will be sent only to the primary member registered on the account.
Booking & Appointments
- All treatments and services are subject to prior appointment and availability.
- Members are encouraged to book in advance to secure their preferred appointment slots.
- Walk-in appointments will be accommodated subject to availability.
Membership Benefits
- Membership benefits are non-transferable outside of the registered members included under the membership.
- Benefits cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or refunded.
- Other packages, visiting master sessions, and gift cards cannot be redeemed under the membership.
- Membership benefits cannot be combined or clubbed with any other offers, promotions, discounts, or packages unless otherwise specified by the spa.
Refund Policy
- Membership fees are non-refundable once activated.
- Unused benefits, sessions, or balances are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Pricing & Changes
- Membership pricing, inclusions, and benefits are subject to revision at the discretion of the spa.
- Existing memberships will continue under the terms agreed at the time of purchase until all benefits are fully utilised.
