Booking and Cancellation Policy

At Dhun, we honour the time and energy that go into crafting every wellness experience. To help us serve you better, please take a moment to review our booking and cancellation policy:

Advance Booking Deposit:

To confirm any appointment, we require a non-refundable advance of INR 500.

This amount is adjustable against your final bill and payable only once per appointment.

 

Final Payment:

Full payment for your selected service will be made at the venue after your session.

 

Rescheduling:

While the INR 500 advance is non-refundable, it can be transferred to another date if you need to reschedule—provided you notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

 

No-shows & Late Arrivals:

  • If you do not show up for your appointment without notice, the session will be marked as a no-show, and the advance will be forfeited.
  • If you are over 15 minutes late, and we are unable to accommodate your session, it will also be treated as a no-show.

 

Same-day Appointments:

Any same-day cancellations or no-shows will result in forfeiture of the advance, and rebooking will require a new deposit.

 

Special Treatments:

Certain services may require a higher deposit. These will be communicated during booking and are also non-refundable but reschedulable with sufficient notice.

 

How to Cancel or Reschedule:

Please contact us via call or WhatsApp only. Replies to automated emails or texts will not be considered valid cancellations.
